Labrador Publishing LLC publishes books and original author content and may provide writing, publishing, consulting, website design, and related creative services.

Labrador Publishing LLC also publishes The Artemis Circle, a newsletter and online publication hosted through Substack.

4. The Artemis Circle and Substack Subscriptions

The Artemis Circle is hosted through Substack and may offer both free and paid subscription options.

Paid subscriptions are optional and help support the publication and the work of Labrador Publishing LLC. A paid subscription is not a charitable donation and should not be treated as tax-deductible unless a qualified tax professional advises otherwise.

The content, benefits, prices, and access associated with each subscription level will be described on the Substack subscription page. Labrador Publishing LLC may change subscription prices, benefits, publishing frequency, or the availability of free and paid content in the future. Any changes will apply subject to applicable law and the subscription terms presented through Substack.

5. Recurring Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option selected at checkout. Subscribers are responsible for reviewing the price and renewal terms before purchasing.

Substack manages subscription enrollment, renewals, cancellations, and subscriber accounts. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider made available through Substack, including an applicable mobile app store.

Subscribers may manage or cancel their subscriptions through their Substack account or the platform through which they subscribed. Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal, while paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled according to Substack’s refund policy, the applicable payment platform’s rules, and any rights provided by law.

Labrador Publishing LLC does not directly store complete credit- or debit-card information.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, photographs, downloadable materials, designs, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Labrador Publishing LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
