PRINT PRE-ORDER POLICY
Many of our books are available to preorder and will not ship immediately. They will ship within 2-3 business days of the publication date listed under product details. Publication dates are subject to change without notice. You may call or email to cancel your preorder before it ships. After shipping, our normal return policy applies.
Book list price is $17.95 plus $1.14 CT Sales Tax. USPS Shipping of $7.74 per book applies.
PRINT RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our site, you may return it up to 30 days after receipt. Please send your return to:

Be sure to include the original order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds typically take two weeks to process but may take longer during exceptionally busy times. Make sure to hang on to your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to the warehouse.
EBOOK REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Any eBooks you purchase are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase.
When a refund is granted, we'll remove access to the eBook and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 860-552-2564.
If an ebook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, simply contact us and we are happy to re-send a file to you. Contact us at email@example.com or call 860-552-2564. You will need your order receipt and date of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse.
We accept orders online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and PayPal. All transactions placed online are secure, using Wix secure payment technology to encrypt and protect your information during transit. Once we have processed an order, we safely discard credit card information.
